Cancellation options
Each listing on Dwelns has one of three cancellation policies set by the host. Always check the policy before booking.
Flexible
- Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before check-in
- 50% refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before check-in
- No refund for no-shows
Moderate
- Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before check-in
- 50% refund if cancelled 1–5 days before check-in
- No refund within 24 hours of check-in
Strict
- Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking (if check-in is more than 14 days away)
- 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in
- No refund within 7 days of check-in
How refunds work
Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The Dwelns service fee is non-refundable in all cases. If you have a dispute about a cancellation, contact us at hello@dwelns.com.
