Book only through Dwelns
Never pay outside the platform. All payments on Dwelns are held in escrow and only released after check-in — protecting you if anything goes wrong.
Verify your host
Look for the verified badge on listings. Verified hosts have completed identity checks and maintain high ratings from previous guests.
Keep communication on-platform
Use Dwelns messaging for all conversations with your host. This creates a record and ensures both parties are protected.
Review the listing carefully
Read the house rules, check-in instructions, and cancellation policy before booking. Ask your host any questions through the platform before confirming.
Report suspicious activity
If a listing seems too good to be true, or a host asks you to pay outside Dwelns, report it immediately using the flag option or by emailing us.
Share your plans
Let someone you trust know where you're staying, especially for first-time bookings. Save the host's contact details and the property address.
