Create your listing
Go to your Host Dashboard and click 'Add Property'. Fill in the property type, location, amenities, house rules, and check-in instructions.
Add great photos
Listings with clear, bright photos get significantly more bookings. Shoot during daylight, cover every room, and highlight what makes your space special.
Set your pricing
Set a competitive nightly rate. You can also add a cleaning fee and set minimum night requirements. Check similar listings in your area to stay competitive.
Manage your calendar
Keep your calendar up to date so guests only see accurate availability. Block dates when the property is unavailable to avoid cancellations.
Add a co-host (optional)
If you need help managing your listing, invite a co-host from your dashboard. Set their permissions and a commission percentage — they're paid automatically from each booking.
Deliver great stays
Respond to messages quickly, ensure the property is clean and ready, and communicate check-in details promptly. Great reviews lead to more bookings.
